A year of reflection from us here at Natural Spa Factory
We don’t know about you, but here at Natural Spa Factory HQ, we love taking time in the new year to sit back and reflect on the last 12 months.
Not only that, but it’s a great opportunity to consider what the next 12 months might hold too, and to take stock of dreams and aspirations for the year ahead. So, join us in grabbing a cuppa, hunker down by the roaring fire, pick up a pen and cosy on up while reflecting and planning.
Lots has happened over the last 12 months, and we’re excited to see where 2022 takes us all. You’ll probably have noticed some of our new packaging options over the last few months. Although we’ve long worked to ensure we utilise eco-friendly ways of packaging such as the use of glass bottles, reusables, shelf naked approaches and cardboard, this year we decided to take it one step further.
We worked really hard to introduce our stunning Christmas gift boxes, grown in seven days using mushroom technology called Mycelium and agricultural waste such as hemp stalks. They are 100% compostable and break down naturally in just 40 days, so you can either drop into your green waste or plant in the garden. Avoiding single use plastic is a key priority for us so we also introduced our new 100% PCR plastic bottles and pumps to the limited edition sustainable gifting ranges.
Business-wise, one of our main aims for the new year, as always, is to continue on our love and passion for protecting the planet, and to take some serious strides in our sustainability efforts. We’ll be introducing more elements of sustainability and planet-friendly goodness to our business and product ranges, and we’ll be starting more and more conversations about the importance of being an eco-friendly company.
And on a personal level, we’ll all be looking to shop consciously (locally, independently, prioritising planet-friendly businesses) and consuming less, and we’ll continue to reduce our use of plastics, environmentally unfriendly products and keep educating ourselves on the best ways to make small, sustainable changes.
Looking forward to having you all along on the journey this year!
